Jenny is amazing and her free massage is better than ones I’ve paid for! The reason you can’t walk in is they are always booked with regulars – that’s saying something right there.
The service is well thought out with extras at no charge from heated neck pad, heating your shoes, paraffin and hot cream and stone massage in Winter to switching up to freshly made cold cucumber scrub in Summer. They keep things clean and have taken Covid seriously which I look for in a salon.
